I have been building custom homes and performing custom renovations for the past 20 years. I have inspected over 1,900 homes in NY and CT. I am A Certified by NACHI, AHIT, and IAQ, I perform a very detailed home inspection and all my inspections included non destructive moisture readings on all exterior walls in house in the event the seller painted over water stains, the moisture meter will find it and then I would investigate on the exterior to find out what causing moisture to enter into walls and report what repair is needed. ( Trapped moisture in walls could cause a MOLD problem down the road and a new buyer does not need a MOLD problem it very expensive to remove MOLD. ) I also perform a visual Mold inspection during my inspections.

We perform EIFS ( Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems ) Inspections, which protects the Buyer that the EIFS is Installed Properly and to Manufactures Specifications, we perform Repair Montoring, If you having renovations and repairs are needed on the existing EIFS, Stucco, or Dryit. We perform inspections during the applications to insure the contractor is following the Manufactures Specifications. An improper installation of EIFS could cause a serious moisture problems which could lead to Mold in your Home or Commercial property.
